The bones are legally foraged from the wild- by us. No animals are ever harmed, no non-ethical systems are supported. We lead conscience and vegan lifestyles. While we are grateful whenever remains are found, we are first attentive to the reality of death and mourn the passing of all creatures. The animal remains are considered sacred, their life is honored through ritual and they are alchemized- reborn- into adornments and altar pieces for the practice and appreciation of earth magic. Decaying skeletons are an important part of the ecology of the forest, so we never take all that we find. Sometimes, people generously donate their findings.
